Broome 5G Mobile Plans

• We use the Telstra Wholesale network. For coverage map, visit Telstra Wholesale website.
• All included calls & texts are for use within Australia only, to Australian local, national & mobile numbers.
• Standard national MMS (photos) are included. MMS video messages are charged at 55c each.
• International Roaming is not included, but can be added with a travel pack.
• Unlimited international calls & texts to 15 selected countries are included on every plan. Calls to any other country are pay-as-you-go and are disabled until you ask us to enable them.
• When your monthly data and any banked data are used up, data simply stops — you are never charged for excess data automatically. Extra data blocks can be purchased by contacting us.

Yes. We can transfer your existing mobile number easily. To verify ownership, we'll need your current provider's account number (post-paid) or your date of birth (pre-paid). We'll take care of the rest.

Every plan includes unlimited international calls & text to 15 select countries:

China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam

Data banking means any unused data from one month will be rolled over and "banked", up to a maximum of 1000GB. It is included free with all our plans, and your banked data is used once your monthly allowance runs out.

If you upgrade to a higher priced plan you keep your banked data. If you downgrade to a lower priced plan or cancel your service, any banked data is forfeited.

We use the Telstra Wholesale network, with 5G access on every plan, giving you great coverage across Australia. Where 5G is not available your device falls back to 4G automatically.

Each plan has a maximum download and upload speed:

• 150/150Mbps on 15GB, 45GB, 65GB and 100GB
• 250/250Mbps on 150GB and 180GB

These are maximums, not guarantees. What you actually get depends on your device, where you are, how far you are from the tower and how many other people are on the same cell. Most everyday use, including video calls and HD streaming, does not come close to either cap.

We hold SIM stock locally in Broome. Our preference is eSIM as it minimises environmental impact, but we offer all sizes of physical SIMs too. Once your order is placed, we'll be in touch to schedule delivery and assist with activation.

An eSIM is a digital SIM card — no physical card required. Available on most modern devices. If you're not sure whether your device supports eSIM, get in touch with your phone model and we'll confirm for you.

Your phone and your watch both need to support eSIM, and both need to be the same brand.

Phones

• Apple: iPhone 6 series and later, including the SE
• Samsung: Galaxy S8 series and later, Note 5 and later, Z Fold and Z Flip series, A5 (2017), J2 Pro
• Google: not supported for smart watch pairing

Watches

• Apple: Apple Watch Series 4 and later, including Ultra
• Samsung: Galaxy Watch Active2, Watch 3, and Watch 4 Ultra or later
• Google: not supported for smart watch pairing

The watch must be a GPS + Cellular model. GPS-only models have no eSIM in them and cannot be connected.

Not sure which model you have? Send us the model name and we will check it before you order.

• Same brand for both devices. An Apple Watch pairs with an iPhone, a Samsung watch with a Samsung phone. Mixing brands does not work.
• Both devices on current software. Syncing and some features depend on it, so update the phone and the watch before activating.
• Phones and smart watches only. Tablets and other wearables are not supported on this add-on.
• eSIM enabled on the phone. Worth confirming the phone's eSIM is supported and switched on before you activate the watch.

The add-on is $10 per month on top of your plan, with no lock-in, the same as everything else we sell.

No. None of our mobile plans have minimum terms or contracts. Services are paid monthly in advance on the 28th of each month.

International roaming is disabled on all services by default. Please contact us prior to travel to enable international roaming.
