When an outage costs more than the plan
Standard nbn faults are restored on a best-effort basis, which can mean days. The Bronze SLA bundle buys a committed response window from nbn instead.
nbn 12 hour response eSLA, on a 100/40 business bundle
Priority fault restoration for nbn network faults within 12 hours. The commitment applies from the time an nbn fault is reported to nbn and acknowledged by nbn.
- Priority queue for nbn network faults, ahead of standard best-effort restoration
- 100/40 Mbps business speed tier with unlimited data
- Free static IP included, same as every business service
- We log and chase the fault, so you get updates from us rather than a portal
The eSLA is an nbn wholesale commitment covering nbn network faults only. The 12 hour window starts when the fault is reported to nbn and acknowledged by nbn, and it does not cover faults in your own equipment, cabling or power. Availability depends on the technology at your address, so check it above and we will confirm.
A network review before you change anything
Most slow business networks are not a plan problem. Before you pay for more speed, we will come out, look at what you actually have, and tell you straight whether an upgrade will fix it.
No charge, no obligation. Book a network review and we will find a time that suits.
-
We map what is there
Modem, switches, cabling, access points and where the dead spots are. Written up plainly, so you can hand it to anyone.
-
We find the real bottleneck
Ageing wi-fi, a saturated uplink, or a modem doing three jobs badly. Often it is not the plan, and we will say so.
-
You get options, not a sales pitch
What to fix now, what can wait, and what it costs. If the answer is that nothing needs changing, that is a fine answer.
Business NBN questions
It is an nbn enhanced service level agreement providing priority fault restoration for nbn network faults within 12 hours. The commitment applies from the time an nbn fault is reported to nbn and acknowledged by nbn, not from when you first notice a problem. It covers the nbn network only, so faults in your own modem, internal cabling or power are outside it.
A static IP does not change, so anything that needs to find your site keeps working: remote access to a server or camera system, site-to-site VPNs, EFTPOS and alarm gear that whitelists your address, and hosted services that restrict access by IP. It is included free on every business service.
We visit your premises, map your modem, switching, cabling and wi-fi coverage, identify what is limiting performance, and give you a plain-language write-up with options and costs. It is free for small and medium business clients, with no obligation to buy anything.
Yes. We can supply a failover router with a data-only service that switches over automatically when the fixed line drops. That data-only service can also join your business mobile data pool, so the backup does not sit there costing you a separate allowance.
The standard business plans are month to month with no lock-in. The SLA bundle is a contracted nbn product, so its term is confirmed on quote, and we will spell that out before you commit to anything.
We manually review every order before submitting it to our wholesaler. Where the premises is already active on nbn, activation can be done in as little as an hour. New connections and technology changes depend on nbn scheduling, and we will keep you posted rather than leaving you to chase it.
Yes. We connect and support businesses anywhere nbn reaches. On-site visits, including the free network review, are for Broome and the surrounding area. Elsewhere we handle it remotely and coordinate with nbn on your behalf.
We offer a PAYG VoIP service for $6 per month with outbound call rates from 4c per minute, or a value plan for $22 per month with all local, national and mobile calls included. Get in touch and we will size it to how your team actually uses the phone.
Let's get your business connected properly
Tell us what your business runs on and we will scope the connection around it, including whether you need the SLA at all.
