All of our plans are month to month with no minimum commitment. We generally require notice of cancellation of at least 1 week prior to your renewal date.
There should be no need for a new modem if you are already connected to the NBN. We do have a range available though if you're having issues with your existing modem or feel like upgrading.
This all depends on what you're using the internet for. Our plans have no contracts, so you're free to upgrade and downgrade as you need. We'd recommend starting on the nbn25 if you're not sure, and we can upgrade as needed.
We manually review all orders for submission to our wholesaler. Once the order has been submitted, activations can be completed in as little as 1 hour.
Have a Connext mobile plan on the same account as your NBN service and you can save up to $10 per month. You can order them together or add a mobile later, and you can keep your existing number. Both services stay month to month with no lock-in. Get in touch and we will set it up for you.
