Connext provides a range of technical support services designed to provide you with the most appropriate and comprehensive outsourced IT package.

For larger organisations, we work with the internal IT team providing useful third party "big picture" assistance via audits and reviews.

For smaller organisations, we help bring order and clarity to systems that have grown beyond your capabilities.

We provide simple, cost-effective solutions and always speak plain English so that everyone understands the recommended course of action.

You can choose what you want us to do – or you can ask us to advise you on what would be best. Either way, all your IT support can be looked after with:

  • Technical Support – Support services to look after your entire IT system, either remotely, on-site or though our Help Desk.
  • Hardware Services - From planning and purchasing to roll out and hand over, a complete hardware service.
  • Maintenance - Both software and hardware maintenance for your network.
  • Proactive Monitoring – Monitoring of your network, looking for any signs of trouble.
  • Proactive Maintenance – We keep you hardware and software running at optimum levels.
  • Change and Asset Management – The proven system for keeping a register of your IT assets.
  • Advanced Replacement Service – We’ll deal with manufacturers to arrange prompt replacement of any hardware.

Pay-as-you-go support

Prefer to pay for support services as you use them? No problem. Connext offers support services on a pure pay-as-you-go basis. So if your system hits a snag that needs a serious service escalation, or your in-house IT person desperately needs a holiday, we can be there as a dependable back-up. Why not try our Help Desk?

Pay in advance

Expect the unexpected and pre-purchase a set number of support hours per month. Simply call us when you strike an unexpected glitch or if you need to escalate a high-end security issue such as troubleshooting a complex system problem. You won’t pay anything to have us on standby, in fact you'll save by paying lower subscription rates and we’ll only charge when we do work for you.

It's up to you

Either option offers a cost-effective safety net whether you have a small, robust system, or if you normally have your own IT people. Our on-site and remote support is charged in 15 minute increments, while casual Help Desk support is charged in 6 minute increments.
