Your business will get priority IT support, on top of its regular schedule of onsite attention. It’s all designed to keep things running at their optimum level, all the time.

You’ll have a dedicated Network Engineer, who’ll maintain and support your system at scheduled times and intervals determined by you. And you’ll always have access to a dedicated Account Manager for day-to-day contact.

Services include:

  • Server backup verification, to ensure data has been captured and can be restored successfully
  • Network security monitoring – diagnosis and resolution of attempted security breaches
  • Anti-virus software maintenance, to ensure all updates and patches are installed promptly
  • File server event log reviews, to identify any abnormal server activity
  • Strategic advice – expert recommendations for upgrades and equipment configuration
  • Installation of hardware and software, as required
  • Resolution of day-to-day outstanding issues with remaining service time.
